A little bit about me...
Hello, my Name is Lesley Shearer and I specialise in Anxiety disorders.
I want to help you get your life back as I know what you are going through.
Over the past 20 years I have helped thousands of people with panic attacks and anxiety.
The whole idea around me starting this blog and developing future materials and courses, is to give you the exact information online that you would get if you came to me in person. You will have the freedom to use these materials in the comfort of your home and in your own time.
Why have I designed this course?
Say on the day you are coming to me, you have a panic attack or are feeling very anxious. You will struggle to remember any of the session and you won’t benefit from anything we do. So, this online version might suit you better.
I have developed a course, blog posts and PDF files that allows me to go over the same stuff that you would get in a one to one session.
The benefit of this online course is that I can go through the material with you, in a time and place that suits you.
How does it work?
I will take you through my model of therapy that has worked with many clients in my private practice. This is not just basic CBT.
I will give you information on your brain, body and mind. We will talk about the brain and I will give you all the information to help you recover from panic attacks.
Everything I have learned over the years I have put together in several different formats and my aim is to give you some respite from your anxiety and worry.
